Grapevine Projects was created from a long term working relationship between Wayne Laubscher & John Marrapodi and they have a combined 46 years of experience in the Construction Industry, substantial knowledge and have been friends since 1996. Our commercial projects include both new construction and maintenance/restorations. Our residential projects can range from one single room, an area of a property, to a complete roof to ground makeover or build. Occupied and fully operational job sites are never a problem. And we can also plan, manage, and build multi-phase jobs. Our team has decades of experience to bring to your job and we all believe in the creative process and the individuals needs.
